Early June — The Container Opens
Private WhatsApp group begins, daily energy drops from Poppy, pre-prep shared. Your first private session with Poppy — bespoke to you, to set intention and prime the nervous system.
Monday 7 – Thursday 10 June — The Immersion
Three nights at Six Senses Ibiza. Ten women. Your own private Residence room on full board. Poppy's full body of work.
Mid-to-Late June — Integration
Post-retreat integration, held daily in the group as the work lands and life reorganises around it.
Across the Weeks After — Private Sessions
Two further private sessions with Poppy, bespoke to you, to integrate and lock in Done Energy.

Arrive prepared, not depleted. Intention work and nervous-system preparation support from Poppy, so the month starts the moment the container opens — not when you land in Ibiza. We open the group WhatsApp, hold a kick-off welcome ceremony online, energy drops from Poppy, and your first private session — bespoke to you, 1:1.
Retreat (7–10 June, Six Senses Ibiza)
The arc is Unlock, Activate, Integrate. Rapid Tapping® activation and hands-on practitioner sessions with Poppy. The mastermind day — your next chapter mapped with Poppy's consultancy woven through. The ceremonial dinner under the stars. Cliffside mornings, sea swims, daily spa, sauna and gym access, your own GEM Six Senses 'butler' throughout, Residence room, all meals, and the sanctuary of Six Senses around you the entire time.
After
Integration held daily in the WhatsApp group. Done Energy locked in. Two further private sessions with Poppy, bespoke to you — so the transformation doesn't stop when you fly home; it deepens across the rest of the month.
